If you are not satisfied with your order due to our courier side mistake or received damaged item, you can return it for free of charge within next 3 business days of delivery and get a full refund by wire transfer to your bank account. Just contact us on the form of Contact Us or send us an email to esales@alrazimed.com and we will refund your money after we receive back our items.

 

Must ensure that the item is in its original packaging, unworn and in the same condition you received it, except the case of damaged item appeared after use and proven by the seller after receiving the returned item by the vendor.

 

In case the buyer asked for return items after 3 business days of delivery, we will consider it as a special case and ALRAZIMED team will study this case to be fair with all parties.


Refund Policy for Payment & Bank Fees

  • In case of a refund request, only the product or service amount will be refunded.
  • Payment processing fees and bank charges (such as credit card or transfer fees) are non-refundable, as they are imposed by third-party payment providers.
  • If the refund is due to an error on our side (e.g., incorrect order or non-conforming product), the full amount including fees may be refunded.
  • Refund processing may take 5 to 14 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider. 

Policy for Non-Delivery & Order Cancellation After Shipment

  • If the customer fails to receive the order after it has been shipped for any reason, the store reserves the right to deduct shipping fees (including return shipping, if applicable) from the refundable amount.
  • If the customer requests order cancellation after the order has been shipped, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
  • If the order originally qualified for free shipping, the store reserves the right to deduct the actual shipping cost upon return or cancellation.
  • The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Any additional costs resulting from incorrect information will be borne by the customer.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable in cases where delivery fails due to customer unavailability or refusal to accept the order.
