MANI CEM semi-transparent MMG-8g incl. 10 Mixing Tips

S.R 310

Product Description

The final cementation phase is the moment of truth in any prosthetic treatment. Since the success of the restoration fundamentally depends on the luting agent, we introduce MANI CEM semi-transparent MMG, the self-adhesive resin cement that represents the pinnacle of Japanese technology in restoration fixation.

This product is designed to provide a radical and comprehensive solution to daily cementation challenges. It comes in an 8g Automix Syringe to ensure a consistent mix every time, with a carefully selected "Semi-transparent" shade ideal for ceramic and zirconia restorations. It does not affect the final shade of the tooth, preserving the natural aesthetics of the smile. It is the choice that combines high mechanical strength with superior aesthetics.

Features

Mani Cem boasts technical specifications that make it a cornerstone in the clinic:

  1. Self-Adhesive Property: Eliminates complex steps like etching or bonding in most clinical cases, simplifying the treatment protocol.

  2. Aesthetic Semi-Transparent Shade: Allows light to pass through naturally, making it the ideal choice for cementing veneers, all-ceramic crowns, and zirconia without negatively impacting the selected shade.

  3. Precise Automix System: The included mixing tips (10 Tips) ensure a perfectly homogenous mix with exact base/catalyst ratios, preventing any chemical reaction imbalance and ensuring maximum bond strength.

  4. Easy Excess Removal: Features a distinct "Gel Phase" upon tack curing, allowing the dentist to easily peel off excess cement before final setting, maintaining gingival health.

  5. High Solubility Resistance: Ensures a tight marginal seal, preventing fluid or bacterial leakage and protecting the abutment tooth from secondary caries.

Benefits

This product delivers tangible value to both the dentist and the patient:

  1. Saves Time and Materials: By eliminating complex preparation steps and utilizing the rapid mixing system, it significantly shortens chair time and reduces material waste.

  2. Versatility: One product covers a wide range of indications, including cementing crowns, bridges, inlays/onlays, and posts, whether metal, ceramic, or zirconia.

  3. Patient Comfort: Reducing procedural steps means significantly less post-operative sensitivity, ensuring immediate comfort for the patient once anesthesia wears off.

  4. Superior Aesthetics: Ensures no visible "cement line" appears at the restoration margins, delivering natural results that satisfy patients seeking the perfect smile.

Usage Method

To ensure the best retention and longevity, please follow these steps:

  1. Preparation: Clean the tooth and restoration thoroughly. Ensure the surface is dry but not desiccated (slightly moist dentin is preferred).

  2. Application: Attach a mixing tip to the syringe. Bleed a small amount to ensure flow of both materials, then apply the cement directly into the restoration or onto the prepared tooth.

  3. Seating: Seat the restoration and apply firm pressure to ensure full seating.

  4. Tack Curing: Light cure for only 2-3 seconds to stabilize the cement into a gel state.

  5. Cleaning: Immediately remove excess cement using a scaler.

  6. Final Curing: Light cure all surfaces of the restoration for 20 seconds per surface, or allow the cement to self-cure chemically (according to the time in the leaflet).

Storage

  1. The product should be stored in a refrigerator at (2-8°C) to ensure the longest possible shelf life, and removed beforehand to reach room temperature before use.

  2. The syringe cap must be closed tightly after each use (or leave the used mixing tip as a cap until the next use to prevent cross-contamination of outlets).

  3. Store away from direct light and high humidity.

Warnings

  1. The product contains resin monomers; therefore, it is contraindicated for patients with known allergies to methacrylates.

  2. Do not use eugenol-containing materials or hydrogen peroxide to clean the tooth before cementation, as they inhibit the polymerization process.

  3. This product is for use by licensed dental professionals only.

  4. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse immediately with water.
